Vintage Vendor Agreement
We're gearing up for the swellest event of the summer here on the lakeshore: Mid-Mod Manitowoc is just around the corner, and we want you to be a part of it! On July 25th and 26th, Manitowoc Aluminum Kitschmas, inc. (MAKi) will be hosting a summer weekend event for lovers of all things vintage. An aluminum tree show, classic car show and food truck corral, educational seminars, and Saturday evening cocktail party are just a few of the offerings, and the event will be a huge attraction for visitors from both near and far.
A focal point of the weekend will be the Vintage Vendor Market: an event spread over two days that will be open to the general public. This is where you come in! We're looking for vendors with anything vintage, mid-mod, 50's-60's-70's, from furniture to fashion. Art, jewelry, homegoods, smalls, tchotchkies - you name it! Even and especially vintage Christmas items! If you have stuff to sell, we want you there! Anything and everything mid-mod, hip, or retro is welcome... And the best part is that it is only $50.00 for you to participate!
THE DETAILS:
Location: Inn on Maritime Bay, 101 Maritime Dr. Manitowoc, Wisconsin
Convention space hallway, ballroom, and restaurant area will be reserved for vendor booths. Weather permitting, booths may spill out onto the patio and into the parking lot in front of the venue.
Schedule:
Thursday July 24th
9:00AM - Venue open for setup. Though you do not need to begin setup at this time, please make sure that your booth is set up and ready for market opening the following day by 12:00PM.
Friday, July 25th
9:00AM - Venue open for setup.
12:00PM - Market open to the general public
6:00PM - Vendors may close down their booths, though may remain open if they so choose. Hall will be locked by 6:00PM unless foot traffic and vendor attitude suggest otherwise.
Saturday, July 26th
9:00AM - Market open to the general public
3:00PM - Vendors may close down their booths, though may remain open if they so choose. You are also invited to attend our Saturday evening cocktail party which takes place at the venue and begins at 6:00PM.
After submitting the following form, you will be prompted for payment of your reservation fee. You may do so online, or by submitting a check via post. If you send a check, please make it payable to MAKi, and send payment postmarked no later than June 30th, 2025. Your reservation fee helps to offset the cost of the venue.

Vendors will be given one to two tables and up to two chairs supplied by MAKi via the Inn on Maritime Bay (herein known as the "Venue"). Any other items including tablecloths, extension cords, canopies or tents where applicable, must be supplied by the Vendor.
Venue furnished electricity, water, and bathroom facilities will be available for Vendor use during market hours (FRI 12PM-6PM, SAT 9AM-3PM)
Vendors are responsible for leaving the market venue in a state identical to that in which they found it.
MAKi reserves the right to censor or remove any vendor for any reason.
MAKi and the Inn on Maritime Bay will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged items, merchandise and/or personal property, and will not be liable for any injury incurred during the Mid-Mod Manitowoc Summer Convention Event.
