Food Truck Vendor Agreement
We're gearing up for the swellest event of the summer here on the lakeshore: Mid-Mod Manitowoc is just around the corner, and we want you to be a part of it! On July 25th and 26th, Manitowoc Aluminum Kitschmas, inc. (MAKi) will be hosting a summer weekend event completely open to the public. An aluminum tree show, classic car show and vintage vendor market, educational seminars, and Saturday evening cocktail party are just a few of the offerings, and the event will be a huge attraction for visitors from both near and far.
A key event for the weekend will be a Food Truck Corral that will be open to the general public - this is where you come in! We're looking for anyone and everyone who can participate; no fare is off the table, and the more diverse, the better! The corral is paired with a classic car show Friday night, right outside the venue, the Inn on Maritime Bay in Manitowoc. It is slated to be "dinner" for Friday evening for anyone attending the car show or vintage vendor market inside happening at the same time. You may also serve food Saturday, as both the Vintage Vendor Market and Aluminum Tree Show will be open to the public, as well as several educational seminars that will draw attendees, too.
A $50 event fee will reserve your space in the lot, and helps to offset the cost of the venue.
THE DETAILS:
Location: Inn on Maritime Bay, 101 Maritime Dr. Manitowoc, Wisconsin
Parking lot space will be reserved for food trucks, alongside area cordoned off for the classic car show.
Schedule for Food Trucks:
Friday July 25th
9:00 AM - Food Trucks may begin arriving and find their space in the Inn on Maritime Bay parking lot. Trucks should arrive no later than 11:00AM.
11:00PM - 7:00PM Food Truck Corral open to the general public with any trucks that are present. You may begin selling food before or after this window of time if demand exists and you choose to remain open.
Occurring Simultaneously: Vintage Vendor Market open 12:00PM - 6:00PM (or later if vendors wish), Classic Car Show runs from 4:00PM-8:00PM, and Aluminum Tree Show open from 9:00AM - 8:00PM
Saturday July 26th
8:00 AM - Food Trucks may begin arriving and find their space in the Inn on Maritime Bay parking lot. Trucks may remain in place from previous evening, or arrive earlier if necessary. Please be ready to serve by 9:00AM.
9:00AM - 4:00PM Food Truck Corral open to the general public with any trucks that are present. You may begin selling food before or after this window of time if demand exists and you choose to remain open.
Occurring Simultaneously: Vintage Vendor Market open 9:00AM - 3:00PM (or later if vendors wish), Aluminum Tree Show open from 9:00AM - 5:00PM, seminars from 11:00-3:00PM, and vintage cocktail party starting at 6:00PM ($20 entry fee).
If you wish to participate, please complete this contract. You may submit your payment for your reservation fee here, as well. If you would rather submit your payment via check, they may be made payable to MAKi - Please postmark payment no later than July 1st, 2025

Food Truck Vendor Agreement
July 25th-26th, 2025
Cost: $50 reservation fee (Please pay online, or make checks payable to MAKi).
Ample space for one vehicle will be reserved in the Inn on Maritime Bay parking lot. Any items deemed necessary by the Vendor must be self-furnished, including extension cords, canopies or tents where applicable, tablecloths, etc.
Venue furnished electricity, water, and bathroom facilities will be available for Vendor use during open hours (FRI 11AM -8PM, SAT 9AM-4PM).
Vendors are responsible for leaving the Corral Venue in a state identical to that in which they found it.
MAKi reserves the right to censor or remove any vendor for any reason.
MAKi and the Inn on Maritime Bay will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged items, merchandise and/or personal property, and will not be liable for any injury incurred during the Mid-Mod Manitowoc Summer Weekend Event.
