Food Truck Vendor Agreement
We're gearing up for the swellest event of the summer here on the lakeshore: Mid-Mod Manitowoc is just around the corner, and we want you to be a part of it! On July 12th and 13th, Manitowoc Aluminum Kitschmas, inc. (MAKi) will be hosting a summer convention for collectors of vintage mid-century aluminum, with many of the festivities open to the public. An aluminum tree show, classic car show and vintage vendor market, educational seminars, tours, banquet and auction are just a few of the offerings, and the event will be a huge attraction for visitors from both near and far.
A key event for the weekend will be a Food Truck Corral on Friday evening that will be open to convention-goers and the general public alike - this is where you come in! We're looking for anyone and everyone who can participate; no fare is off the table, and the more diverse, the better! The corral is paired with a classic car show right outside the convention venue, the Inn on Maritime Bay in Manitowoc. It is slated to be "dinner" for Friday evening for convention goers and anyone attending the car show or vintage vendor market inside happening at the same time.
The best part of all is that it is free for you to participate! We're asking only for a security deposit of $50 that will reserve your space in the lot. Those funds will then be returned to you on Saturday evening.
THE DETAILS:
Location: Inn on Maritime Bay, 101 Maritime Dr. Manitowoc, Wisconsin
Parking lot space will be reserved for food trucks, alongside area cordoned off for the classic car show.
Schedule for Food Trucks:
Friday July 12th
1:00PM - Food Trucks may begin arriving and find their space in the Inn on Maritime Bay parking lot. Trucks should arrive no later that 3:30.
4:00PM - 9:00PM Food Truck Corral open to convention-goers and the general public.
Occurring Simultaneously: Vintage Vendor Market open until 5:00PM (or later if vendors wish), Classic Car Show runs from 4:00PM-9:00PM, and an outdoor classic movie double feature will be shown on the Inn on Maritime Bay terrace starting at 7:00.

Cost: $50 Security Deposit (Please make checks payable to MAKi). Security deposits will be returned to vendors on July12th in the form of their original voided check - though a donation to MAKi and our efforts would be greatly appreciated!
Ample space for one vehicle will be reserved in the Inn on Maritime Bay parking lot. Any items deemed necessary by the Vendor must be self-furnished, including extension cords, canopies or tents where applicable, tablecloths, etc.
Venue furnished electricity, water, and bathroom facilities will be available for Vendor use during market hours (FRI 4PM-9PM).
Vendors are responsible for leaving the Corral Venue in a state identical to that in which they found it.
MAKi reserves the right to censor or remove any vendor for any reason.
MAKi and the Inn on Maritime Bay will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged items, merchandise and/or personal property, and will not be liable for any injury incurred during the Mid-Mod Manitowoc Summer Convention Event.
